It’s a breeze to get to

If there is one thing that I love the most about photographing at Huntington Beach, it’s that the location is really easy to access. There is paid parking that leads right onto the boardwalk and if you’re unable to get a prime spot there, just on the other-side of the lot is the street parking. If all else fails then there is neighborhood and business parking available.

The Pier is unrivaled

The architecture of the Huntington Beach Pier is phenomenal for portraits. The columns add such an amazing layer of depth. In addition the pier’s design adds these awesome leading lines that help draw you into the photos.

Huntington Beach can be private

If you are shy in front of the camera and don’t want to draw too many eyes to your photoshoot, there are spots that feel like you have a portion of the beach just to yourself. Of course the timing and season can increase your chances for an almost empty spot on the shore.
